She gained a scholarship to train at the London School of Contemporary Dance at "The Place " and continued to study with different teachers and choreographers. Eventually she discovered yoga through her first inspirational yoga teacher ‘Francis Houlahan’ and experienced the physical, emotional and a gentler strength of movement which energised, healed and relaxed.
Louise went on to train with The Yoga for Health foundation, The British Wheel of Yoga BWY (National Govening Body) PregnancyYoga with Uma Dinsmore Tuli at Yoga Campus in London, Post Natal yoga with Birthlight, Yoga Nidra Training and KG Hypnonobirthing with Katherin Graves. First aid trained.
