All classes work with the focus on Pranayama breath work, Asana postures,
Nada sound and Yoga Nidra relaxation.
This enables the body and mind to strengthen with particular
attention on the mother and the growing baby.
These classes aim to support women, physically and emotionally
throughout pregnancy and to prepare for birth.

In the yoga class you will learn:
Appropriate asanas and gentle Vinyasa sequences, adapted for pregnancy, to support your changing body.
Experience comfortable restorative poses to help you in relieving common minor ailments due to pregnancy
Learn visualisations, and Sankalpas (positive resolves) to connect to your baby and body.
Focus on yogic breathing to maintain focus and strength in 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of your labour and birth.
Pregnancy Yoga gives you the tools to help you to deeply relax, meet mums to be, and connect to your local community.
